Terms & Conditions



We welcome you to Villa Pipa Polaris between 4pm and 9pm.

In the event of late arrival, please let us know on +33 (0)6 86 84 12 10 so that we can make the necessary arrangements to welcome you in the best possible conditions.


On the day of departure, you must vacate the premises before 11am. An earlier departure is always possible. Please let us know the day before.



Conclusion of the contract

STANDARD RATES: All bookings must be guaranteed by a credit card valid on the date of the start of your stay. The reservation becomes effective once you have sent us your deposit (50% of the total rental amount). The balance of the total rental amount must be paid no later than 10 days before your arrival.

For stays booked less than 10 days before the arrival date, the total amount of the stay is due at the time of booking.



NON-CANCELLABLE RATES: The reservation becomes effective once the total amount of the stay has been paid at the time of booking.


Tourist tax  

A tourist tax and a regional tax collected by the accommodation provider on behalf of the commune of Spéracèdes are added to the price of the stay. As our furnished tourist accommodation is rated 3*, the applicable tourist tax is €0.75 and the regional tax €0.23 per night and per person.




Cancellation of stay

All cancellations must be notified by registered letter addressed to Villa Pipa Polaris or by email with acknowledgement of receipt (e.g. Boomerang application) to the following address [email protected].

- Cancellation more than 30 days before the arrival date: the deposit paid will be reduced by 3% administration costs and refunded by Villa Pipa Polaris.

- Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date: 100% of the price of the stay is due. Unless the owner re-let the flat(s) for these dates, in which case the amount paid may be used for another stay.

- In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation remains payable in full to the owner.


COVID’ clause  

- In the event that the holiday cannot take place due to government bans (confinement, travel restrictions, compulsory four-week period on return), cancellation will result in the holiday being postponed to the dates of your choice. The sums paid will be used to finance the new stay.

- No refund or postponement is possible in the event of a positive diagnosis for COVID-19 or if you are a contact case. (This eventuality may be covered by cancellation insurance).

Cleaning  

Cleaning on departure is included in the price of your stay. However, we ask you to leave the flat in a clean and tidy condition. All you have to do is put the dishes away, empty the bins and clean the hotplates. On your departure, all equipment and furniture must be returned to its original position. You will be charged for any damage caused to the property.  


Pool Cabana  

The use of the pool cabana is possible for each of the occupants of the two flats and is therefore subject to reservation (free of charge) so that you can enjoy this space on your own. The kitchen must be cleaned immediately after use, particularly the plancha. Do not leave anything in the fridge after use.


Capacity

This contract is for a specific number of people. If the number of people exceeds the capacity indicated in the contract, the owner is entitled to refuse additional guests or to apply a surcharge.



Pets 


We do not accept pets.


Security deposit  

On arrival, the tenant pays a security deposit of €800.
 This deposit is intended to cover any damage to furniture and objects. It will be returned within 30 days of the tenant's departure after the premises have been checked.




Holiday insurance

You are responsible for all damage caused by you. You are therefore required to take out holiday insurance to cover these various risks.




General information

- Travellers are responsible for the security of their personal belongings. The establishment declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or damage.

- Children are the responsibility of their parents.


- The flats are non-smoking, but ashtrays are available in the garden. Given the high risk of fire, we ask you to be very vigilant and to check that your cigarette is extinguished.

- The garden must remain a peaceful place where you can relax.

- We ask everyone to respect the peace and quiet of others.

- The swimming pool and petanque area are open from 7am to 9pm.
